Juliette Hasselbach, director Emma at Work: "We are happy to be working with Alpina Group, as an employer that wants to make work of inclusion and diversity. Together we look for a good match between our young people and vacancies. We organize regular EmmaMeets where we give young people the opportunity to get in touch with potential employers, including Alpina Group. In several rounds of talks, employees discover what young talents need to get a job. Without CV or job requirements, in a fun, real conversation! For Alpina Group employees and managers, there will be workshops on workplace guidance for these young people."

Alpina Group is also excited about the partnership. Nathalie Amador de Vries, CHRO of Alpina Group: "We are proud that we as an organization are collaborating with Emma at Work and are part of their network. We believe in the added value of diversity, especially for a large and diverse organization like Alpina Group. Especially young people, including those with a physical distance to the labor market, are very welcome with us. Every talent is worth being seen, even if you have 'something' that makes it more difficult to find work. We want to show that with this collaboration. And it goes further than that. We want to make a strong case for greater understanding and awareness of what it means to be an inclusive employer."
