Bij het concern Alpina Group B.V. staat een klantgerichte, duurzame en ethische bedrijfsvoering centraal. Ons beloningsbeleid sluit hier volledig op aan en is ontworpen om integer gedrag te stimuleren, klantwaarde te verhogen en duurzaam succes te bevorderen.
Objectives
Our remuneration policy is designed to:
- Promote sustainability, valuing performance that contributes to long-term customer value.
- Encourage responsible risk-taking behavior without encouraging irresponsible decisions.
- Comply strictly with laws and regulations in line with societal norms.
- Ensure equal pay regardless of gender, age or background.
- Attract and retain top employees through market-based compensation.
Who does it apply to?
The policy applies to all Alpina Group employees, whether permanent, temporary or agency.
Fixed and variable compensation
- Fixed pay is the core of our compensation package, based on job content, experience and performance. An annual benchmark is conducted for market comparison.
- Variable pay is awarded only in exceptional cases, such as in recognition of exceptional performance. The maximum bonus percentage is capped at 20% of fixed income.
No perverse incentives
To avoid conflicts of interest and risky behavior:
- Is performance assessed on both financial (such as profit contribution) and non-financial criteria (such as customer satisfaction and compliance).
- Are strict conditions applied to any bonus payments, with opportunities for clawback or adjustment (malus) if necessary.
Transparency & accountability
The remuneration policy is publicly available to employees and third parties.
This policy is reviewed annually by the management of Alpina Group B.V.
The Compliance Department monitors compliance with this policy.
