What does the job entail?

As an administrative assistant, you are responsible for the administrative support of our account managers. You are a point of contact both internally and externally for both customer and content-related questions. You will also maintain frequent contact with the various departments within the Alpina Group.

Your challenges as an administrative assistant Are:

  • Maintaining general mailboxes;
  • Answering incoming phone;
  • Recording complaints;
  • Registering new customers in our system;
  • Verifying continuing permits;
  • Handling Proxy Management (aan)notifications and amendments;
  • Processing agent changes;
  • Scheduling workshops/trainings and keeping track of registrations.

  • A fixed-term employment contract with the prospect of permanent employment and a gross full-time salary between €2,287 and €2,789, depending on experience;
  • A personal choice budget (PKB), made up of various benefits including 8% vacation allowance. You can use the budget for various purposes;
  • Access to the Alpina Academy; our learning platform for training, courses and education including access to Lindenhaeghe (for obtaining Wft diplomas) and SkillsTown;
  • A work week of 32 to 40 hours;
  • Flexibility through hybrid working;
  • 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment), 5 of which are included in your personal choice budget (PKB);
  • Two additional days off per year that you may take on a day that is special to you;
  • A pension plan;
  • A travel allowance: Do you travel by car? Then you get €0.23 per km. Do you come walking or by bike? Then you get € 0,25 per km. Do you travel by public transport? Then your public transport costs (based on 2nd class travel) will be fully reimbursed;
  • A home office allowance (€2.15 per day) and a home office budget;
  • Staff discount on your insurance, mortgage, buying, selling and appraising your home.

What does the team look like?

You will work hybrid with Roosendaal or Middelharnis as your location. As an administrative assistant, you will operate in a dynamic team of sixteen employees, in which each has their own expertise in addition to broad knowledge of the organization, products and market. There is an informal working atmosphere with motivated and committed colleagues. What we ask of you.

You possess a large dose of persuasiveness, are customer-oriented, administratively well versed and do not miss commercial opportunities. In addition:

  • Minimum mbo working and thinking level (level 4);
  • Relevant work experience in a similar position;
  • Do you hold the diplomas Wft Basis and Wft Schadeverzekeringen zakelijk or willing to obtain them at short notice;
  • Are you proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel);
  • Do you show interest, ask lots of questions, listen attentively and are clear in your advice;
  • Do you have good social skills and can work in a team as well as independently;
  • A good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.

You possess the following characteristics and competencies:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Customer- and result-oriented;
  • Stress resistant and flexible;
  • Accurate and independent.
