What is the supervision like during my internship?
You will be paired with an internship supervisor in the department where you work. This internship supervisor will show you around the organization, guide you with your assignments and with your personal development.
Do I work in a team or just independently?
You will be part of a team where cooperation is key. We do expect you to be able to perform certain assignments/work independently.
Are there opportunities for advancement after my internship?
Have you finished your training and are you interested in a job at Alpina Group? We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
What are the working hours during the internship?
Normal office working hours are Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. You will coordinate your internship hours per week in consultation with your internship supervisor.
Can I graduate from Alpina Group?
Graduation is definitely possible at Alpina Group! If you are interested, please let us know. Then together we will see if a spot is available.
